We are pleased to announce that Perform and Grow has achieved Finalist status in the prestigious Association for Business Psychology Awards 2023. These awards encompass a wide range of categories and are dedicated to honouring notable accomplishments within the field of Business Psychology.
The ABP Awards 2023 are a platform for recognising excellence within the workplace, emphasising the significant contributions made in various subject areas and their impact on the world of Business Psychology. Our recognition as a Finalist underscores the substantial value that Business Psychology brings to individuals and organisations alike.
Competition was exceptionally tough this year, with numerous organisations from across the UK submitting entries. Earning a spot as a Finalist was a highly competitive endeavour, with a diverse array of participants, including large corporations, charitable organisations, not-for-profits, test publishers, small consultancies, independent practitioners, and more.
Perform and Grow is honoured to have been shortlisted twice! First, for the “Excellence in Change Management: Public Sector” award. This accolade acknowledges outstanding contributions in the field of change management. To be considered for this prestigious award, nominees must demonstrate how they have applied the principles and practices of business psychology to effectively guide organisational change.
Our submission for this category centred on a compelling case study involving a substantial change project undertaken in partnership with Local Authorities in Wales, spanning from 2022 into 2023. Collaborating with Kate Williams, Caterpillar Business Psychologists, and Michael Baker, The TBC, we designed and facilitated the “Whole School Approach to Emotional and Mental Wellbeing Programme.” This programme offered support to over 120 schools throughout South Wales, helping them establish sustainable strategies for promoting well-being within their communities.
In an exciting development, the ABP Awards Judges have also recognised us as Finalists in the “Excellence in Social Impact” category for our Flourishing Families programme. This programme has assisted School Family Engagement Teams to build impactful influential relationships within their communities to enhance the well-being and future prospects of families and children.
We are delighted to share this remarkable journey with our clients in the Education sector, whose unwavering support has played an instrumental role in our success. As we eagerly anticipate the ABP Awards 2023 ceremony, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our clients and partners, who have been essential to our achievements. We are honoured to be included among a remarkable group of finalists.
